yesterday light and pleasant hike around Buntzen lake
Well,
The weather was better than OK for a hike, so, we didn't plan to go hiking on Cypress due my suspicion that it is covered with wet snow and we woke up around 9AM, and started to go aroun d Buntzen at 11-15. Plenty of people were hiking or jogging yesterday - holiday is a holiday. :) We wanted to hike a little closer to Swan falls, but it was slippery from leafs, so we gave up after 300 metres, crossing it was also out of question - too much water. So, just around Buntzen. Not so far away it was visible, that third tip of Seimour is covered with fresh snow, I hope it is a good sign of wintery condition for skiing soon.
We've got to car in 4 hours - tired and satisfied.
